This summer I returned to my beloved Sicily, one of the few places where I can plug of after one year from all ...after one year of hard work in publishing, fashion shows, blogs,shots on the street, videos etc... finally I have some well deserved rest.
Here people are very warm and sunny ... they eat very well ... the sky is always blue and I enjoy it a lot.
Frankly I have more friends here than in Milan ... and I talk about real ones.
One day while I was on the beach I noticed how much inspiration can be found in street vendors wich you see during the summer on our beaches under the weight of their wares.
Even the lifeguards are somewhat changed over time ... now they look like models on a photo shoot, very attentive to details and accessories.
Questa estate sono tornato nella mia amata Sicilia, uno dei pochi luoghi dove riesco a staccare completamente la spina da tutto...dopo un anno di duro lavoro tra editoriali, sfilate, blog, scatti per strada, videoclip etc...finalmente un pò di meritato riposo.
Qui la gente è molto solare e cordiale...si mangia molto bene...il cielo è sempre azzurro e mi diverto un sacco.
Sinceramente ho più amici qui che a Milano...e parlo di quelli veri.
Un giorno mentre ero in spiaggia ho notato quante ispirazioni si possono trovare nei venditori ambulanti che d'estate percorrono le nostre spiagge sotto il peso della loro mercanzia.
Anche i bagnini sono un pò cambiati nel tempo...ora sembrano dei modelli su un set fotografico, molto attenti ai dettagli e agli accessori.
